Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post with tracking numbers provided. Subject to any delays, your shipment should arrive within 2-12 business days if within Australia. Other countries may add 2-7 days to this timeframe.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. In some rare cases, if a different shipping cost is applicable to your order, we will contact you prior to processing your payment for your no obligation decision. If you decide to decline the Order, no charges will apply to you for that Order.

Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are well-protected. If you find that any individual piece has suffered breakage or damage, please let us know for a full return and replacement at no cost to you.

Returns and Refunds

Please contact us with any concerns prior to organising for any Returns. We are happy to work through any issues you may have. If it is decided that the goods are to be returned, original items and their original packaging should be used for any agreed returns shipped or delivered back to us, and should ideally be in their original shipment packaging.

Refunds to you are normally processed within 7 days of return of goods.

Replacement items and their delivery to you are subject to standard availability and delivery timeframes as per regular Orders.

Changes or Cancellations to Orders

If an Order needs to be changed, the actions available are based on the stage of the Orders' processing in the online store.

Prior to Billing and Shipping, all changes and cancellations can be supported. Contacting us by online form is the preferred method.

After an Order is shipped, a cancellation will incur the cost of shipping and returns to the Store, plus any reasonable handling fees if applicable. Goods returned in this way must be in their original, un-opened packaging.

If a returned order is incomplete of items and/or quantities originally Ordered, enlightened group reserves the right to recover losses incurred on the Order, from the Purchaser.
